Inspired by the rebellious act of rejecting what is imposed, Rebelle also believes in standing up for a better life with heart and soul and finding the beauty in imperfections. Rebelle’s international cuisine is focused on natural and robust flavors balanced by the delicate finesse behind each dish’s creation and presentation. Seeking out fresh, local produce and high-quality ingredients, Chef Martijn will aim to bring quality to the table with mindful dishes that are innovative and thoughtful.
