Friday March 29th Brazilian super star Chef Morena Leite is taking over the Mosto kitchen for one night only! The Brazilian Embassy, Mingsheng Art Museum and Mosto have teamed up to host Morena Leite for the Brazilian Food Festival to bring a taste of Brazil’s vibrant culinary style to Beijing.

Trained in the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Morena is a pioneer in her field combining classic French techniques with Brazilian ingredients. Since then she has opened multiple restaurants and written eight best-selling cookbooks, all while continuing to travel the world educating the masses on Brazilian cuisine.
