Hulu by TRB is spotlighting Portuguese wines for their Wednesday Wine Day series. The four (4) wines will be from three vineyards and highlights their best varieties - Patria Vinho Verde (white), Quintas de Borba Branco (white), Quintas de Borba Tinto (red) and Monsaraz Reserva (red).

As always, the modern European cuisine will be served sharing style: foie gras on toast, iberico ham croquettes, gravlax, cucumber salmon, steak tartare, chef's salad, garlic prawns, mushroom risotto, chorizo pasta, potato short ribs, mini truffle burgers, fries, mango cake and peanut cake.

Available on June 19th and 26th for lunch & dinner. Reservations required (minimum of 2 guests). RMB 298 per person (additional RMB 100 for free flow).
