Iron Chef Prasertchai Trongvanichnam appears at the St. Regis Beijing, bringing with him a new kind of Thai cuisine. He’ll be cooking up an eight-course Thai menu at the Celestial Court from July 11th to 13th, using traditional Thai ingredients like lamb, pheasant and lobster.
