On the 15th of August, we will be partying with these familiar faces starting from 8pm, serving up their signature cocktails as well as their signature craziness that we love and adore them for!

8:00--9:00PM

Ethan Liu

Ethan has over 18years of experience in the F&B industry. In 2012, he moved back to China to further immerse himself in his expertise. Following his success in the 2013 Diageo World Class, he joined Maison Ferrand as the Brand Ambassador for Asia Pacific. Ethan is now based in Beijing overseeing all creative work in China on behalf of Proof & Company. He also took part of the opening and concept designing of UNION.

Sunny Sun

Sunny has a welcoming and friendly personality, on top of that with a ten years bar experience. She has a gift of discovering guests' preferences through conversation and always recommends the perfectly paired cocktails for them. Sunny is the Bar Manager of UNION of The Opposite House.

Joy Chen

Joy has a fun and outgoing personality that you can sense the moment you are in his bar. He started bar experience from 2007 and joined Mesh at The Opposite House the following year where he was mentored by Milan Sekulic. With his talent, he pre-opened East Hotel Beijing and The Temple House Chengdu, he is now the proud owner of Wizar Bar.

Michael Li

Michael fell in love with bartending in college. After graduation Michael moved to Beijing and joined Mesh at The Opposite House as a bartender. He loves creating unique cocktails that truly wow his guests. Michael is still following his passion and is now managing ARCH Beijing.

10:30--12:00PM

James Bridle

James first tested the waters of bartending at the slinky rooftop bar Sugar at East Hotel Hong Kong. He then turned his eye to Beijing and joined Mesh at The Opposite House where he held several positions during his four years. He has now taken up the position of Bar Operations Manager, shaking cocktails at Migas Mercado.

Jack Ren

Jack Ren holds a master's degree from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and is a face that very few forgets. Five years ago he worked as a consultant for Microsoft's real estate program but he realized that his passion still lies in F&B. He redefined his career and decided to join Mesh at The Opposite House and do what he truly loves. Jack is now the proud founder of two LGBT bars and a pillar in the community.
