Yotsuba holds a Hirohisa Sake pairing dinner on Sept 2 at Yotsuba Lido and Sept 3 at Yotsuba Zhongguancun, the owner and brewer Mr. Nishide Hirohisa will be on site to share his stories of brewing this series of sake to Yotsuba customers. Besides the owner and brewer of Hirohisa Sake factory, he is the student of Mr. Noguchi Naohiko, the most famous sake brewer/master in Japan. 

The Hirohisa series sake: Q, Kagami, and Shiro, are made from his name which means it represents his dream and ideal of sake, pure, perfect, multiple flavor. The Q of Hirohisa is only having 150 bottles per year. All of these three sakes can only purchase from Yotsuba in China.

The Sept 2nd and 3rd sake paired dinner set is RMB1500/per person. Reservation is preferred.
