In collaboration with the Swiss Embassy’s Swiss Gastronomy Week, TRB’s owner and founder Ignace Lecleir warmly welcomes Chef Elodie Jacot-Manesse who is taking the culinary world by storm.
The youngest and first female chef to win the prestigious Cuisiner D’Or competition in 2017, Chef Elodie works alongside 3-Michelin star chef Franck Giovannini at the Restaurant de l’Hôtel De Ville and heads the Koch Culinary Academy B. Violier.
A rising star, Chef Elodie will be our guest chef at TRB Forbidden City between April 26th-28th showcasing the exceptional gastronomy of Switzerland, the country with the highest concentration of Michelin-starred restaurants in the world!
