Hand in hand will be held on Sep.22

As part of the Franco - Chinese Month of the Environment celebration we’ll be organising a green dinner.

- An ephemeral organic market to honour fresh and seasonal products from farms surrounding Beijing in order to celebrate the benefits of "good food”.

- A vegetarian dinner prepared by French Michelin starred chef Jérôme Laurent made with local, seasonal products from eco-friendly agriculture to promote good alimentary and agrarian practice that is beneficial for both our health and the environment.
