From November 10 to 18, an exciting gourmet experience from a thousand miles away is coming to town. The innovative Sichuan cuisine master, Chef Mike Li from The St. Regis Chengdu, will be at Qi restaurant as a guest chef in mid-November.
Chef Li magically combines the soul of Sichuan cuisine with picture-perfect presentations of Western dishes, Chef Li has conquered the discerning diners and media in the Chengdu market for years. His hand made beef and green chili sauce, his amazingly delicious signature dishes including classic "Chinese Cabbage in Chicken Consomme,” “Australian Beef Tenderloin in Sichuan Sour Soup,” “Deep-Fried Chicken Wings with Sichuan Pepper” and numerous other innovative creations will redefine all your impressions of traditional Sichuan cuisine.
