If you can’t dash off to Thailand for a weekend, sip on the next best thing and try “The Pineapple” at Village Café. We load a full sized pineapple with fresh pineapple, apple, lemon and a handful of basil for this tropical spring time tipple. Treat yourself to a vanilla milkshake made from our housemade premium vanilla ice cream topped with a generous drizzle of chocolate syrup. This cooler is pure creamy perfection.
We know come the spring we can’t help but think about squeezing into that bathing suit in time for summer. For fresh, delicious spring time eats to get us ready for the beach Village Cafe has us covered. Tuck into a green dose smoothie bowl – heading with blue berries, banana, kale, strawberries and granola – rich in antioxidants, slightly sweet and delivering three of your daily servings of fruits and veggies to boot.
When it’s time for a proper nosh, dive into our new spring time poke, the smokey poke, or the new prawn linguini. The smoky poke puts fresh chunks of tuna to work with smoked mayonnaise, sweet corn and black beans over sushi rice for a tex-mex twist on our Hawaiian bowls.
Chef Hubert’s prawn linguini is devilishly creamy and rich with seafood flavour accented by a mild paprika heat and nutty roasted garlic.
