Join Mosto as we welcome our new Chef Richard CaBa to Mosto with a very special five-course tasting dinner on Friday, September 7th. Richard has created a menu fusing his Colombian and South American roots with the classic Mosto style. Chef Richard has thoughtfully crafted every dish each being a unique representation of his extensive experience throughout South America. Begin your meal with Sopa De Guineo, a Colombian style green plantain soup topped with goat cheese foam, crispy plantains and dried plums before you move to the perfect end of summer salad of Duck Escabeche with shallots, celery, thyme and paprika. And be sure to finish this culinary journey with Suspiro Limeno, a delightfully sweet Peruvian dessert that should not be missed.
