Chef Chandra worked and lived in America for many years, accumulated his experience garnered reputation from lots of three-star Michelin restaurants and closes a deep friendship with a number of celebrity chefs. He also brings the welfare to Flame Grill. After the just concluded 4 night feast by the three-star Michelin chef Curtis Duffy of Chicago Grace restaurant , beginning in June this year, there will be series of activities of ” Tribute to the Great American Restaurants and Chefs”, originally present some of the famous American Michelin restaurant dishes. Sometimes those dishes seem simple, but they are made of delicate ingredients. Sometimes the process of cooking is more complicated than you might think, but the way it is presented is light. Guest can experience the culinary classics of American cooking in Beijing.
As the launch one of the tribute series, Chandra will replicate the work of the passed away American legendary chef Charlie Trotter,who changed the whole American dinning history, start the fine-dinning era in the US land. Chandra knows the cooking skills and details of those dishes, and believes that he can replicate them perfectly and present the essence of the dish.
