ORGANIC is about exploring the deepness, soulfulness and exquisiteness rooted within house and techno music. The party aims to create a special ambience by combining elements of sound, lighting, decor and plant life to bring back that raw aesthetic and emotion that was naturally embedded in the early days of dance music.

Chris Cruse is a Los Angeles-based DJ whose sound is equally influenced by dark warehouses and West Coast sunshine. Frequently playing events in the US and Europe, his mainstay is a party of his own creation, Spotlight, which aims to reclaim and celebrate the queer roots of house, techno, disco, and other forms of dance music. Despite abstaining from social media promotion and discouraging dance floor photography, Cruse’s Spotlight has quietly become the go-to event for underground music in LA thanks to its anything-goes vibe and consistent world-class bookings.

Through his events and beloved DJ sets, he has become a key point of contact between Los Angeles and dance culture around the world. He’s recently played in London at Horse Meat Disco, and in Berlin at Panorama Bar as well as Berghain’s Easter SNAX and New Year’s Silvester parties. At home in LA, he’s recently been billed alongside DJ Harvey, The Black Madonna, Mike Servito, Midland, and Prosumer.

Juhstynn is a regular on the Beijing and China club circuit. Born and raised in the UK, he has performed at renowned nightspots such as Manchester’s Sankeys and London’s Pacha, The Egg and Public Life. He was awarded the Sennheiser prize for Best Music Production Recording when he graduated with a B.A. in Music Management and Studio Production at Bucks New University back in 2009; that same year he also worked at Global Gathering regarded as one of the UK’s major dance music festivals; and in 2008 he placed runner-up in iDJ Magazine’s Raw Talent Competition where Nic Fanciulli labeled his DJ mix as “amazing” and “the perfect warm up”. Flexible and open-minded, Juhstynn is a DJ who resists conforming to just one style of music. Eclectically driven and a love for blending old records with new, he continues to cater for the subtlest of situations as well as the most demanding dance floors.

Marc Alexr is a Beijing-based Londoner working in the music industry in China. Back in the UK he regularly DJed at the biggest clubs across the country under his dance music lifestyle brand ‘mudlove’. For ORGANIC, Marc will be playing his selection of contemporary house and classic deep house tracks.
