Join us at 21 Century Hotel for the biggest sake event of the year! – 2016 Sake Carnival!

Taka Yamamoto is an IWC (International Wine Challenge) Sake Judge and Sake Master. This year Taka has invited more than 10 famous sake maker to be here and also he is going to bring over 100 kinds of fine sake from Japan especially for this event. You will be tasting some of the best ‘Dai Ginjo’ from Japan, such as Born Wing of Japan, Shotoku Enju Sen’nen, Dassai 23 and Saika Magoich. Some delicious Japanese/Chinese/Western finger food will be served and Wadaiko will be performed at the event. And there will be sake class given by sake master Taka Yamamoto.
