Yao Chi 瑶池中餐厅

Yao Chi’s open kitchen is as lively as any in the city, with around 20 chefs busying themselves on preparing the dim sum and other Cantonese favorites that comprise the restaurant’s tight menu. Seafood dishes get prime billing – and will do more so as hairy crab season gets into full swing over the next month – and there’s all the abalone and shark’s fin you could want. Dim sum available lunchtimes from 11.30am-2.30pm daily, as well as a buffet (RMB 166 a person, plus 15% service charge).
