Wo Nainaijia de Zhajiangmian, Jiushi Haochi! 我奶奶家的炸酱面，就是好吃！

Tucked away on the second floor of building 1 at Sanlitun Soho, the eatery “Wo Nainaijia de Zhajiangmian, Jiushi Haochi!” (我奶奶家的炸酱面，就是好吃！) has all the Chinese characters in black on a white board, reminds us of the flashcards when we were learning Chinese, meaning “my grandma’s zhajiang noodles, so delicious!” 

There are two kinds of noodles, zhajiang noodles (zhajiangmia, 炸酱面) for RMB 19 and spicy liangmian (cold noodles, 凉面); also several cold dishes (RMB 7-12), including garlic-flavored sausage, potato slices, preserved cucumber cubes, and spicy peanuts. Local soda drinks are expected here, like beibingyang (RMB 6), suanmeitang (RMB 8), coke, sprite and fanta (RMB 4).
