Opened at the end of 2017, Hongkong Land's WF Central is a premium "lifestyle retail center" and home of the Mandarin Oriental hotel. It's east and west portions are crammed with luxury and fashion stores as well as restaurants, bars, and a sprawling art space in the basement.
