The desserts on offer at this this 3.3. Mall sweet shop don’t apply much restraint in terms of colorful presentation, sugary flavors, and price points. The brightest colored, gaudiest looking dessert on offer, a purple moose that looked like a stunted unicorn’s horn, is priced at RMB 100 a pop (which is pretty par for the course at this shop) and featured a crisp exterior that gave way to a buttery and feather fluffy interior with a jelly center and crispy rice sprinkled base. The decor is equally bright and colorful, which also lends itself well to the Instagram friendly motif of the desserts.
