Hidden next to D Lounge and an izakaya, Scandal transports you to entirely different world with its black and white marble, French-style interior design, and high-end clientele. The first floor is taken up by a round cocktail bar and tables dotted about while the second is dimly lit and furnished with large, comfortable sofas, and walls covered in light white and emerald velvet, giving a luxurious feel and providing more privacy between groups.

Scandal's creative cocktails are named after their dominant flavor (all at RMB 80), and there are a tremendous 50 kinds of gin, two dozen whiskeys from Scotland, Ireland, and America, and various types of cognac, champagne, and tequila.
