Opened on March 5, Nanguangwei locates on the west side of Fangjia hutong. During the past seven years, it developed from a small and popular shop at Nanguang College, Communication University of China in Nanjing, to the first restaurant in Beijing. The only broth here is the beef bone broth (RMB 38), which is non spicy at all, with some sliced white turnip and corn. The options to pour in the broth are hand-made beef balls (RMB 35), handmade pork balls (RMB 20), sliced beef (RMB 35), vegetables (RMB 10 each).
