Perched on the edge of the lake at the center of Dangdai Moma is Moi Restaurant, one of Beijing's only Finnish Restaurants. The interior is designed to resemble a Finnish birch forest, with real birch trunks framing the windows and a leaf-ringed blue sky printed on the ceiling.
Described on Dianping as a “salmon-themed restaurant,” the Scandinavian-slanted menu offers at least 10 salmon dishes (the salmon is sourced from Norway), including their signature dish, slow roast freshly salted salmon (RMB 178/400g, RMB 388/900g) as well as excellent mashed potatoes, Finnish meatballs, steaks, lamb chops, and avocado-seafood risotto.
