As the name suggests, this Taiwanese-style bakery has a love for making delicious European-style bread – combining European whole-wheat bread with low sugar, salt, and oil – with a Japanese and Korean twist, including adding purple or brown rice to make the bread more fluffy and nourishing. With no additional additives or preservatives, each loaf takes four to five hours to make from scratch.
