This hot pot chain (with locations all over China and overseas) from Inner Mongolia boasts a special recipe in the big city—a soup so flavorful you don’t need to dip twice. The 900 square meter flagship store is way out west by the Military Museum, but we recommend the Gui Jie (Ghost Street) branch on Dongzhimennei. Voted "Outstanding Hot Pot" in the Beijinger's 2011 Reader Restaurant Awards.
