Jinse Loulan Canyi Guangchang 金色楼兰餐艺广场

Sheep live in fear of this Xinjiang restaurant that roasts an entire lamb every night on the spit outside (RMB 28 per jin) or from the kitchen (congbao yangrou, RMB 48). House specialties include rack of lamb (juhua shao yangtui, RMB 88) and a green onion seasoned sea bass (jincongyin xueyu, RMB 108). The expansive dining room is divided into sections and named after different areas of the Uighur Autonomous Region. The first floor hall is sumptuously decorated like a street in Xinjiang and the dining hall is covered with plush hand-woven rugs and clay kangs. A great way to kick off the first month of the Year of the Sheep.
