Huaiyang Dream 淮扬府•游园京梦

Located on the first floor of COFCO Plaza, Huaiyang Dream couldn’t be more traditional in look – traditional wooden chairs, celadon tableware, and a specially-built bamboo and rock garden meant to mimic famous gardens in Jiangsu. Each table is also separated with half-transparent screens to provide more privacy.

There are various traditional and classic Huiyang cuisines on the menu, such as yellow croaker with glutinous rice cakes (RMB 188), boiled and shredded dried bean curd in chicken broth (RMB 58), braised pork feet and pork intestine with garlic (RMB 68/128), as well as some classic snacks, including noodles with scallion oil (RMB 15), and pan stickers or xiaolongbao (RMB 24 for six).
