Honzen’s glass windows on three sides would make for great people watching, if only there were more diners here. The bar serves dainty portions of sushi and fresh sashimi that is brought in daily and prepared in front of guests, as well as noodles (cold ramen, shirataki, green tea soba, somen and udon), while the small kitchen prepares a smattering of salads (including the Honzen Salad), soups (Emerald Edamame Soup) and hot dishes (i.e. Cod Fillet Broiled in Miso-sake and teriyaki steak).
