One of Houhai’s better restaurants, Fu Ku serves delectable Sichuan/fusion in an attractive, modern set-ting. The lazi ji (diced fried chicken with chillies) is excellent, as are the mashed potatoes with meat sauce and, if you can stand the heat, the cold spinach in mustard sauce (jiemo bocai).
