Dahr Khan Bar and Restaurant 大尔汗蒙古文化餐吧

The RMB 2 million spent on décor has resulted in an interior befitting a Khan: hand-crafted leather saddles, bronze teapots, appliquéd wall hangings and full ceiling murals—all custom designed for the restaurant. Hand-grabbed lamb (shou zhua yangrou) is a must, as well as the lamb pies (yangrou bing). Parties of 10 or more can go for the whole roasted ceremonial lamb (order one day in advance, RMB 1,899). Nightly stage shows from 8pm-midnight feature performances of traditional horse-headed violin, singers and dancers. Private rooms available.
