The Tiago team open Casa Talia, which unlike its sister restaurant, focuses on creative Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails, under the keen supervision of Michelin star Chef Corrado Michelazzo. However, the Tiago team's pride for using the best the ingredients from around the world remains, creating dishes from Gillardeau oysters, Cinco Jotas ham from Spain, Boston lobsters from Canada, Australian Angus grain-fed beef, and codfish from Iceland. The quality shines through in the dishes, and the effort that owner Katie Li and her team have put into making each course like an affordable piece of edible artwork is evident, a meal costing between RMB 120 and 150 per person.
Around 52 people can be seated in the elegant and mordern space, with additional seating around the bar for a close-up view of the barista’s and bartender’s moves.
