We are looking for analysts to strengthen our growing global team of researchers in Beijing and Shanghai offices.

The analyst department consists of five groups: Oil and Gas, Renewable and Power, Commodity Markets, Energy Services, and Energy Transition. Rystad Energy is looking for motivated candidates with a strong academic track record and an analytical mindset to fulfill the growing demand of our research across these groups.

Analysts are the backbone of the company and are responsible for our databases and reports, which are used by clients around the world. We need more people to gather, analyze and present our research to our clients. As an analyst you will collaborate frequently with consultants, programmers, and sales and marketing people.

We are seeking candidates who are graduating with a bachelor or master’s degree in the fall of 2025 or spring of 2026 that want to join a leading energy intelligence research firm.

Tasks
- Gather, process, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Develop, maintain, and optimize energy data collection and processing workflows
- Develop new forecast models and processes to analyze our data
- Contribute and write client commentaries and reports
- Participate in external and internal presentations
- Contribute to sales and business development over time
- Engage with clients to demonstrate our research and analyses
- Travel when needed for research trips, client engagement, and business development support

Requirements / Skills
- Strong academic track record in relevant education field (e.g. engineering, finance, economics, math, data science)
- Desire to work with both the technical and financial aspects of the energy market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude
- Outstanding ability to synthesize data and information coming from multiple sources (quantitative and qualitative)
- Solid proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Internship Period and Attendance Requirement:
To be considered for a marketing internship in our Beijing office, you will be available and committed to at least a 6-month internship, with 3-4 working days per week physically on-site.

Business Background of this internship:
The Marketing intern will be supporting Sony Pictures Television (SPT)’s licensed Film and TV content to both traditional television channels and new media platforms in Greater China. This role will report to Marketing Director. A qualified student is expected and preferred to work in the office with the local marketing team 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and handle all deliveries to clients for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with offline events, e.g. roadshows, screening, talent tour, exhibitions, or any other marketing-related events.
- Help monitor clients’ campaigns, viewership of our content and clipping reports.
- Maintain premiums inventory as well as shipping of items.
- Translate marketing materials from Chinese to English (and vice versa).
- Transcribe and archive trailers or related clips.
- Brainstorm promotion ideas and prepare marketing proposals.
- Any other administrative support.

Candidate Requirements:
- 3rd-year undergraduate or postgraduate with a major in Marketing, Film, Media or entertainment.
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop and video editing software is required.
- Experience in social media operation is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi-task.
- Being a positive and proactive team player.
- Strong command of English in writing, reading, listening, speaking and translation skills; Mandarin speaker.

The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Beijing office. This full-time temporary position, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, will support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflows and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The position will conclude on December 31, 2025.

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and collaborate with the Senior Operations Coordinator to coordinate internal and external events, travel and logistics, vendor and partner engagement, and general office management. This role may also provide local support in areas such as IT, finance, development, and compliance.

You will
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, webinars, and other internal or external events.
- Support the planning and execution of office-wide events that foster team engagement and promote a positive office culture.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to strengthen internal culture by serving as a point of contact for staff and coordinating team-building activities.
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Beijing office, including liaising with building management, managing office supplies procurement and inventory, and coordinating visitor and vendor engagement.
- Coordinate with the local IT service team to maintain the office’s technology infrastructure.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including reviewing monthly reimbursements and
assisting with other finance-related tasks as needed.

You have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, sustainability, international development, public relations, or a related field.
- Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in event coordination, administration, or related communications roles, preferably in an international or cross-cultural work environment.
