We are very protective of our property and take great care of it. Therefore, we have the following requirements for the selection of tenants, please also read:

2. We demand cleanliness; is a renovated old apartment, so hygiene must be taken care of.
3. Neighbors are mainly elderly persons, no loud noises or parties after 10 o'clock at night, also no smoking indoors (in the balcony is ok).
We will screen according to your profile, and after that, we can have further communication, if both sides are satisfied we can discuss the arrangements and the details of the handover, etc. I hope you can understand.
