The used whiskey is from the first batch of Dill's Scotch Blended Whisky, making it very approachable for newcomers to spirits. It starts with notes of apricot and white grapes, along with a herbal aroma. On the palate, it presents citrus notes that evoke memories of spring grass or freshly baked buttered bread. But actually the rhythm and melody of DnB is deeply rooted in British Culture, and to the British people it would not be considered "underground". It can even be said to be very Mainstream or "above ground" in the UK.

We aren’t going to trace its history back to the early nineties, and we aren’t going to dwell on the present. Maybe the internet wasn’t as developed before, or maybe today’s content algorithms are just too advanced. There’s a lot of good music that has not yet reached our ears, we can only hope to uncover them slowly but surely. Apart from the heat, my impression of Southeast Asia is Dapao Rice, which has saved me from countless desperate moments when I was starving on the street but couldn't speak the language. This time, I try to restore my fond memories of Dapao Rice with some local ingredients, and I hope it's good!
