Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel celebrated their 10th Anniversary on Oct 8. The grand event, which saw over 130 guests from parent company BBMG Hotel Management, Marriot International's North Area Team, as well as media and clients, saw both a gala dinner and even a historical picture gallery to touch upon the hotel's milestones and signature guest experiences over the past 10 years.

The picture gallery included 40 photos covering the hotel's achievements,which ranged from hosting major events for things like the Belt and Road Initiative and Sino-Africa Forum; to several events for the China Open, FIBA, and Snooker China.

As twilight became night, guests gathered in the ballroom to view a special video to mark the anniversary, followed by a toast opening the gala dinner. What followed were decadent dishes prepared by the culinary team accompanied by a soundtrack of Jazz, all bookended by lucky draws for gift vouchers and more.

It was an amazing night, the hotel expressed their sincere appreciation to all customers and supporters who came out to help them celebrate the momentous occassion. General manager Janey Li had this to say: "Moving forward, under pressure from things like COVID-19, we face the same great challenges everyone else faces in the market. However, this is the best moment to forge ahead, as well as to plan and reposition the Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng's next ten years. We will continue with our current momentum to build a strong team, further improve our reputation and enhance customer loyalty. We are confident that with support from all parties at all levels, with hard work from all our associates, the Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel can witness another great ten years."
