Oct 24: Forbidden City Scavenger Hunt
The Forbidden City was completed in 1420 and by some miracle of construction is still standing as one of Beijing’s most iconic buildings 600 years later. To mark this momentous anniversary, Beijing Postcards has organized a scavenger hunt that will help you answer such questions as: What was it like working in the Palace? How did the Ming and Qing dynasties rule differently? Why is the most precious treasure no longer in the Palace? How did the emperors communicate with the world outside? And last but not least, how has the imperial way of ruling affected the mindset of modern Chinese society today? RMB 380. 9am-1pm. The Forbidden City.

Oct 25: Pink Party! A women's wellness event
Calling all Beijing women: if you’ve been craving some me time, and a chance to connect with other like-minded moms and ladies here in Beijing, then this is the event for you.
