If you are in a leadership role or want to move into one, then don't this forum led by keynote speaker Julia Feste. Feste, a non-violent communication coach, will discuss how to identify and nurture good leadership qualities, how to give guidance and support, how to ask and give feedback, and also how to raise issues when you feel that what you are doing is not valued. Blockchain Technology: Where Are We Now?
What is the state of blockchain technology in 2019? How are cryptomarkets evolving? To what extent are mainstream markets adopting these innovations? This event, presented by Thuiba and CoinNess at Tsinghua University will be led by experts in the field such as Pan Zhibiao, CEO of Poolin Mining, and Wang Haizhou, China's Bitpie representative, to discuss these questions and more. StartUp Grind Beijing will drop F-bombs left and right at their event this Thursday, as they dive into the topics of funding, the future, and how females are set to shape the sector. Key areas of discussion will include how women can stand out and thrive in an entrepreneurial world dominated by men. Keynote speakers will include Mareike Popp, director of StartUp Grind Berlin and investment manager of G+J Digital Ventures; Rhea See, co-founder and COO of She Loves Tech; Claire Gong, co-founder at Moran Cognitive Technology Co. The World's Got Talent
Do you want to share your unique talents with the world? Head down to BLCU this Friday for this fun multi-national talent show organized by BICF Zhongguancun, in which you'll have the opportunity to represent your country and showcase your skills. Individual and group performers are welcome, and the fun event will be followed by a subsidized buffet dinner. Spectators are also welcome, however, the event is only open to foreign ID holders. Bets yet, it makes for a fun and involved way to meet fellow international students from all over Beijing.
