Revel in Turkish Delights at Kerry's Kitchen Special Turkish Buffet, Oct 30-Nov 4

Kerry’s Kitchen, the all-day dining outlet at Kerry Hotel, Beijing, will present an enticing variety of authentic Turkish delights to guests from Oct 30 to Nov 4. Guest Chef Ibrahim Karakoc from Istanbul will be here to showcase his signature Turkish delicacies.

A top gourmet travel destination, Turkey is home to a cultural diversity that influences its flavorful dietary culture. The Turkish food festival will feature a wide variety of Turkish specialties ranging from exquisite appetizers to authentic desserts. 

Diners can expect popular dishes such as patlican salata (eggplant salad), barbunya pilaki (braised pinto beans), kısır (cracked wheat salad), sigara böreği (Turkish cheese rolls), paçanga börek (beef pastrami börek), hünkar beğendi kebap (boneless leg of lamb on eggplant puree), levrek bugulama (steamed seabass with baby shallots), izgara sucuk (grilled Turkish beef sausage), and, of course, cevizli baklava (walnut baklava).

Buffets are available at the following times and prices: 

Daily buffet lunch: noon-2.30pm, RMB 306 net per person
Daily buffet dinner: 5.30-10.30pm, RMB 338 net per person
Weekend buffet brunch: noon-3.30pm, RMB 418 net per person with access to Adventure Zone for one child and one adult
