EAT: Studio 88 at Mosto, Migas' La Granja Farmers Brunch, Annie's Delivery Discounts

Good news for Annie's delivery fans: Beijing's favorite Italian restaurant chain is currently offering a series of delivery-only promotions. The deals include half-priced appetizers such as melanzane con ricotta (grilled eggplant layered with ricotta cheese and walnuts) and straccetti alla Romana (thinly slice beef sheets with rocket and parmesan, half-price prosciutto and mushroom pizza), or 20 percent off chicken ravioli (the most underrated dish on the Annie's menu in this editor's humble opinion). If you prefer going out to staying in, then consider making Mosto your destination this weekend for their '80s-inspired Studio 88 event this Saturday, Nov 18. They'll be dusting off the disco ball, neon leg-warmers, and Wham! records and putting together a three-course menu of retro dishes. Tickets cost RMB 388 per person, including dinner and two hours of free-flow mimosas. After dinner, the party will move on to La Social, where you are guaranteed plenty of '80s tunes (and strictly no Despacito).

Mosto have also just launched their new winter lunch menu, featuring dishes like corn souffle with parmesan sauce, saffron risotto with shrimp and yellow curry sauce, and pan-seared salmon with braised red cabbage and a passion fruit and soy reduction. Check out all the dishes here. Lunch is priced at RMB 95 for two courses plus coffee. 

At another Nali Patio venue beginning with M, Migas, they have just launched a new brunch dubbed La Granja Farmers' Brunch. Featuring dishes inspired by the rustic food of rural Spain, the new brunch is more freeform than their previous offerings, allowing you to choose a la carte dishes from a range of different sections such as Catalan-style toasts, eggs, soups, and stews, and larger main dishes. Depending on how much you order, you'll probably end up spending around RMB 150 per person. Of course, if making choices isn't your strong suit, there are also a number of two-person sets available, including the seafood-heavy fisherman's set (RMB 370), the carnivore-friendly animal farmer's set (RMB 330), and the vegetarian veggie patch set (RMB 288).
