This Weekend in Nightlife: Bow Wow, Sweater Weather Party, Falcons, Dim Sum Disco
The October holiday may be mere days away, but that doesn't mean that the weekend loses any of its value. These are some of the best gigs lined up. Other things you can do during the holiday include escaping (i.e. going abroad), going on a day trip, drinking lots of beer, or checking out some of the best pizzas in town with these deals.

Bow Wow at Vics (pictured at top)
Formally known as "Lil' Bow Wow," the now 29-year-old Bow Wow will be performing at Vics on Friday night. Sweather Weather Party
Eurotracks and Aotu Studio pay homage to the most elusive season of the city: Sweater Weather. Get to the best terrace in Beixinqiao for eats, drinks, and dancing in the goldilocks days before winter’s long freeze sends us all into hibernation. DJs Kyle Page and Kalle will be serving up a smorgasbord of eurocentrique synth, disco, and wave deep cuts from the continent and beyond. The ever-evolving Aotu crew will be handling the bebidas and comidas from our newly-opened Mediterranean kitchen. You’ll definitely want to pair your selection with one of our signature handmade cocktails (or two, or three!). 5pm-midnight. Free. Aotu Studio

Dim Sum Disco feat. Justin Vandervolgen
Dim Sum Disco is back! After a half-year hiatus, the long running dance party returns to the scene with one of their dance music heroes: Justin Vandervolgen. A man with a long musical history in the New York City underground scene, Justin V. first came to fame through his involvement with the iconic late-90’s disco-punk bands and Out Hud. As a solo-artist he has been releasing incredibly original dance jams and disco edits on labels like DFA, Golf Channel, ESP Institute and Throne Of Blood, and his talent as a DJ shines equally as bright as his studio productions. With Vandervolgen making his first appearance in Beijing and Dim Sum Disco coming out of hibernation, this is certain to be a wild and fun night of disco dancing. 10pm-late. Tickets TBD. Dada
Go git it, Beijing!
