North Capital Start Showing 'The Wire' Every Monday Night

You know those incredibly tedious people who sigh exasperatingly when you admit you’ve never watched The Wire? Yeah, I’m one of them.

It is seriously the best show ever made. How have you not watched it yet? What is wrong with you?

I understand those of you who have decided never to watch it to spite bores like me, and I respect that. Kudos for some top-notch trolling.

But for all the other people who simply just haven’t gotten around to it, now’s your chance to find out what all the fuss has been about.

North Capital are playing two episodes of the classic HBO TV show every Monday starting from today (Aug 1) at 8.30pm, which means you'll be done with the entire series (60 episodes) sometime in February 2017.

The five-season crime drama, set in Baltimore, admittedly takes a little time to get started, and takes somewhat of a dip in Season 2, in my opinion.

Once you’re hooked though, its impeccable acting and richly layered and engrossing storytelling will suck you in completely.
