Beijinger Reader Favorites TRB, Great Leap Brewing Team up for Chef and Brewer

Beijinger reader favorites Temple Restaurant Beijing (TRB) and Great Leap Brewing will be hosting the latest installment of “The Chef and The Brewer” dinner on October 16.

Hosted at TRB Copper, the event features five courses, each paired with a specially selected Great Leap Beer. Canapés served between each course will be complemented by a Brewer’s Choice limited edition barrel-aged brew. The pairings will be kept secret until the event.

Both TRB and Great Leap Brewing have won the top awards in their respective categories for the past three years in the Beijinger Reader Restaurant Awards and the Beijinger Reader Bar and Club Awards, respectively. TRB was just named to The Daily Meal's list of the Top 101 Restaurants in Asia, placing in the top 20 for the third year in a row.
