Healthy, Hearty Food, Delivered, with Living Bigg
If, like us, you struggle to find good options for healthy lunches during the week, then you're in luck. New healthy lifestyle specialists Living Bigg offer nutritionally balanced meal delivery for health-conscious residents in central Beijing.
Their fresh and healthy power boxes are made with imported meat and designed to include a balance of protein, carbs, and fiber. Priced at RMB 25-30 they are certainly one of the cheapest western lunch delivery options around town. We've tried a couple of the options, including the teriyaki salmon and the beef goulash, and while the meals aren't necessarily the most exciting, we have always been impressed by the clean flavors and the amount of protein you get for the price.
To order for delivery, first sign up to their WeChat account BIGG66. When you enter their official account, select "快速下单" at the bottom of the page, then follow the steps through to place your order (the page is in Chinese and English).
Delivery is available between 10.30am and 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday (closed Sunday) within 5km of Sanlitun.
Living Bigg also offer weight management services that include tailored diet and exercise plans (they are working with several gyms across town, including Coco Manga in Sanlitun Soho and Crossfit Long in Wudaokou). They are currently working with a pilot group to decide on pricing packages, so check back soon for an update.
