Seth Grossman, Home Plate BBQ

Seth Grossman was a New York based photographer and producer before moving to China in 2001. Since then he’s become one of Beijing’s most popular F&B industry personalities as one of the partners of Home Plate BBQ, which was recently voted the Best Non-Chinese Restaurant in Beijing by readers of our sister magazine the Beijinger in its 2012 Reader Restaurant Awards. Agenda spoke with him about how he came to his new calling and his thoughts on running one of the hottest restaurants in the city.
