Have You Voted In The Beijinger Pizza Cup?

What up, pizza-philes? Have you voted in The Beijinger Pizza Cup yet? If not, you are a square. Get on that right now and make sure that your favorite pizza has a shot of getting through the first round. Just as important, have you predicted who will win the tournament? If yes, then you're probably eagerly anticipating the pizza party for ten people that you'll be enjoying at the winning restaurant. Go here if you have not yet made your prediction. Read on to vote and to find out who readers thought deserved a spot in the first round.

Those who have voted may have noticed that we have been asking you to mention the venues that you think deserved a place in The Beijinger Pizza Cup. Here's what you said (and why they might not be in there).

Abella – It is in The Beijinger Pizza Cup ... but listed as Paddy O'Shea's because they share the same kitchen.

Big Pizza – Our Dining team claims that people only go there for the salad bar. (Also, it's a chain restaurant.)

Cafe Flatwhite
– The coffee's great, but who's really tried the pizza?

Drum & Bell
– As good as the pizza might be, it's November now and we can't in good conscience suggest rooftop pizza.

Golden Era – You've stumped us. Good work.

Grandma's Kitchen
– We'd rather go for brunch.

Trattoria La Gondola
– We didn't include hotels (with the exception of Sureño, which was in the top eight of our last Reader Restaurant Awards).

Luga's – Well done on getting to the top floor of Luga's mansion. Tell us what the pizza is like.

Mississippi – OK, Old China Hand, we've only been here ten years.

O Sole Mio
– Decent suggestion.

PBD Pizza
– We consider Haidian to be niche enough and that's when we mean Pyro.

Peter's Tex-Mex
– Come on, pizza is neither Tex nor Mex.

Take 5 – We were reliably informed that this restaurant has closed.
