Xiao Da Xiong Mao! - Panda Pair Born in Shaanxi

Last Friday The Guardian carried a short video of six-year-old giant panda Lou Sheng giving birth to twins in Shaanxi's Guanloutai Rare Wild Animals Rescue and Breeding Research Center.

Pandas are notoriously hard to breed in captivity, so Lou Sheng was artificially inseminated. Those giant pandas certainly start out small!
