Jumping the Gun: Xinhua report succesful launch hours before space shuttle has left the ground

In case you didn't notice, at a little after 9pm last night, Chinese spacecraft Shenzhou VII took off from a place called Jiuquan in Gansu province. According to the Beijing News, a crowd of about 400 more than 1,000 people gathered in Wangfujing to watch the launch on the big screen just to the north of the Xinhua bookstore. However, according to reports in the international media, Xinhua had already uploaded a detailed report about the success of the launch onto their Chinese-language website earlier that day.
