The Beijinger Tenth-Anniversary Party
Saturday, October 15 Over 1,000 readers, clients, staff and friends of the Beijinger came together at Sanlitun Soho on October 15, 2011 to celebrate the magazine's ten years on top of Beijing's English-language media pack. Hosts Elyse Ribbons [Cheeky Monkey Theater], Freddie Dodwell [LAN Club] and Maddy Zhu [CRI] led the audience through a packed five-hour set featuring performances from DJs ELVIS.T and Sharky, VJ Xponja, the Chocoolate dancers, Ricky Sixx & Yan, DUDE, Tuba John and Robert, Swing Beijing and even the Plastered T-Shirts crew. the Beijinger would like to thank the following sponsors for making the party possible: Spring Legend, My Chinese Study, Ssam, Ganges, VS Lounge, Boddington's, Hoegaarden, Stella Artois, Grand Marnier, Spirit It!, Amandine Bakery, Flour Bakery and Kenzan Sushi.
