St George's Day Charity Dinner
Sunday, April 24 British Ambassador Sebastian Wood led Beijing's English community (plus friends and representatives from the other British nations and around the world) in celebrating St. George's Day on April 24 at the Westin Chaoyang. Guests enjoyed an evening of fine food, wine and the odd glass of Pimm's, with comedy provided by guest stand-ups and a charity auction raising over RMB 50,000 for Care For Children.
