Saturday, July 2 Hatsune owner and sake shogun Alan Wong led a merry band of curious and enthusiastic participants on a journey into the secrets and joys of Japan's favorite tipple at his latest Sake Samurai party, hosted at Hatsune's Guanghua Lu branch on July 2.
