Gu Dexin: The Important Thing is Not the Meat
Saturday, March 24 The UCCA opened an ambitious and original exhibition celebrating the works of one of China's earliest avant-garde artists, Gu Dexin. The exhibit spans the range of his varied practice, from more crude early paintings (Gu was never trained as an artist) to his later flash animations and installations.
