hello, please help me recomend someone who can guide me on cooking western food

I run a small coffe shop (no food) on Naluoguxiang for 4 years, the business is OK, now more and more tourist come to my cafe, some of my old customers have to find other places.

I planned a new restraunt near my old one. It is around 200m2 on an quite branch street of nanluoguxiang, I want to serve food and make it a quite and comfortable place. I have some basic knowledge on coffee and western food, but I hope my res can serve tasty food to my customer in the way they like not in the way I like. I need someone who can help teach my stuff (and me) and give advice to the taste. it is not a proffesional res in Frech or Italian style, any original which is delicous is Ok.

If you are interested with cooking, and would like to spend some hours a week helping me, I would be glad to serve you and your friends free at my res and pay a reasonalbe fee. If you are interested being a part of us, it is also welcome.
